Ozark Empire Fair Announces New General Manger
Dan Kinney was named the new general manager of the Missouri Entertainment & Event Center (MEEC), which is home to the Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield, Mo. Kinney assumed the responsibility on Jan. 1. Kinney retired as director of the Springfield Greene County Parks Department in 2006. “The MEEC programs add to the quality of life in this area and the fair is certainly a long standing family tradition for many,” said Kinney.
Nancy Bright has taken over the assistant manager position at the MEEC. Ms. Bright has previously service at the facility from 1999-2006 as commercial exhibits director and an events coordinator. She received her CFE certification from the IAFE in 2006. |
